What is Integrative Energy Healing:

Integrative Energy Healing is a synthesis of Traditional Reiki Ryoho, Shamanic Reiki, Sound Healing, Applied Polyvagal Theory & Somatic Healing Meditation. Which are all Integrated into one system that provides a well rounded, trauma informed and holistic approach for practitioners to cover all bases when working in the realms of Energy Healing.

As part of walking the practitioner's path - it's helpful to have a framework of sacred ritualistic practices both personally & professionally that connect us to the soul's symbolic language. Practices that allow us to feel the rhythm & breath of life pulsating through us, to ensure we are clear & honest conduits of light, staying connected to the divine whilst working in these relational fields & on others with presence, integrity, embodiment, devotion & communion.

During this 9-month journey we will be delving deep into the realms of Integrative Energy Healing; to learn specific sacred ritualistic practices, tools & techniques that support you on your own personal healing journey & as a professional practitioner.

This body of work is broken down into 4 modules, with a learning style that focuses on healing, resolving & integrating your own internal landscapes to embody the practices & then share & work from that place.

We will pause, spend time & work with the energy medicines of each direction, element, & season.

There will be 4 modules over the course of the 9 months:

💨 Module 1: Sep - East/Air/Spring/Integrity - 7-8/9/24

🔥 Module 2: Dec - North/Fire/Summer/Embodiment - 7-8/12/24

💦 Module 3: Mar - West/Water/Autumn/Devotion - 1-2/3/25

🌲 Module 4: Jun - South/Earth/Winter/Communion - 31/5-1/6/25

Over the course of this training we will :

🌀 Journey around the medicine wheel as a compass for both our inner & outer wheel of life that applies to both our personal & professional worlds.

🌀 Learn Earth based Shamanic Practises – Being Elemental & Directional Rituals & practises 

🌀 Study the philosophy, history & science of Integrated Energy Healing

🌀 Learn various Energy Healing techniques for both 1:1 sessions and working in groups.

(For e.g Advanced Reiki practises, Aura clearing, Embodied Listening & hearing, Sound Healing; including drum journeying, vocal healing.)

🌀 Learn how to hold space from truth behind storylines with a trauma informed approach, which involves extensive nervous system education & parts work, as well as nervous system reset techniques for both ourselves & clients.

🌀 Learn how to harness & cultivate our own unique gifts & passions into a personalised offering.

🌀 Delve deep into ourselves and meet the work required to become a clear conduit & pillar of health

🌀 Learn personal practices for self care, protection, grounding & to increase chi to stay well.

🌀 Learn how to overcome imposter syndrome and rewire any limiting beliefs &/or trauma patterning 

🌀 Explore the four pillars of holding space 

🌀 Learn how to operate a healing arts business in the wellness industry holistically

Over the course of the 9 months we will gather for:

4 x 2 day workshops - Dates: 7-8/9/24, 7-8/12/24, 1-2/3/25, 31/5-1/6/25

4 x 2hr integration sessions - Dates: 20/10/24, 19/1/25, 13/4/25, 13/7/25

2 x 1:1 sessions with Justine

There will also be weekly online content to study with homework in preparation for each module.

This training is a safe space to lean into & embrace all of those parts to essentially emerge & wholly stand into sharing your innate wisdom & gifts from a place of integrity, grace & humility. It is a profound body of work and journey for personal & spiritual growth & development as an individual. An opportunity to stop hiding in the shadows & fully emerge into light.

Reiki Ryoho 1 & 2

About Justine:

Justine is a Reiki Practitioner/Master, Integrative Bodyworker & Energy Healer, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Retreat facilitator & the Founder of Sangha Yoga Studio.​

She also works at a drug & alcohol rehab centre teaching trauma informed yoga & facilitating group sound therapy sessions, in which she is very passionate about.

Justine's rivers of influence come from an array of trainings & teachers such as; Traditional Hatha, Forrest, Yin & Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Bodywork, Reiki, Internal Tracking & Cranio Sacral Therapy, as well as spending many years siting in ceremony working with plant medicines & silent meditation retreats.

Training Investment Options :

1. Pay in full - $1880 (save $400)

2. Payment Plan A - Pay a deposit of $200 & 4 x bi-monthly payments of $500

3. Payment Plan B - Pay deposit of $200 & 20 x weekly payments of $100

Once the training course has commenced, there are no refunds under any circumstances and all payments must be paid out in full.
