For me Sound Healing is a spiritual practice, an opportunity to sit in the presence of God/Creator/The divine (Whomever you believe in). A practice of getting out of your own way to be a clear conduit & allow the pure frequencies of love & grace to channel through for healing, aligning, clearing, cleansing & upgrading.
It's a practice in holding chaos and learning how to sit comfortably in the energy of others discomforts and forthcomings.
It's not that simple in just playing some bowls; it requires presence, devotion & seva of others to navigate the seen & unseen energies, so as to clear, transmute, dissolve &/or bring into life for resolution.
It's a sacred ceremony that is to be met with deep reverence & to always see & remember the beauty of how exquisitely healing, delicate & deep this work really is.
Warmly
Justine
